Sylhet Film Festival to have a ‘Look at Me for a Moment’

Sylhet Film Festival in Bangladesh is to screen Iran attendee ‘Look at Me for a Moment’.

The Sylhet Film Festival in Bangladesh is scheduled to screen Iran attendee ‘Look at Me for a Moment’.

Co-produced by Mohammad Qaribi and Reza Sheikhlani, the short flick will present Iran at the 4th edition of the event.

‘Look at Me for a Moment’ tells the story of a woman who is going through the last days of her pregnancy; and the depression caused by it and the possibility of her baby's birth coinciding with the day that reminds her of an unpleasant event in the past have put her in so much tension.

The short flick has also had some experience in world festivals by attending the 1st US-based Los Angeles Hollywood Film Festival and Lakecity International Film Festival in India.

‘Look at Me for a Moment’ made its latest international premiere at the 2nd Annual Athens Marathon International Film Festival (A.M.I.F.F.) held on June 12 to 21, 2020 in Greece.

Sylhet Film Festival promotes the study and appreciation of the film by means of screenings, discussions, exhibitions, workshops and related activities.

The event was slated to take place on July 17-19, 2020. The pandemic, however, made it postpone to another time yet to be announced.
